The place-name "Little Johns Grove" (sic) is included on John Snare's Map of the Country Ten Miles round Reading (c. 1846).[1]Until Snare's map may be consulted, the coordinates used for this locality in the info box and on the Google map are those of Warfield, the parish in which the grove was located. A Google search on 19 Sep. 2018 did not give any hits for "Little Johns Grove". It also is not included on any of the O.S. maps listed below. The place-name is almost certainly defunct.
